Indian Real Estate Industry 2018  – Current scenario and Reality




       In India real estate industry showing a positive trend in last few year  after 2008-2009 recession. There is lot of factors influence in the real estate industry .some report showing that industry will grow  from USD 14 billion to USD 102 billion in the next 10 years. In coming session we will analyse about the positive and negative factors of real estate industry now we face.




       Some Nationalized bank policies and booming of private banking sectors enhance the real estate industry as well .Large population of our country ensure the future demand of flats and villas very much .IT hubs, Entertainment Industry ,business hubs and malls will growing rapidly, it will help the real estate industry to grow fast.as well as India is a fast developing country so financial sector and IT sector also film industry growing rapidly while comparing with other countries .These all factors enhancing the purchase power of the society. As we know The Nuclear family system  existing in India , this is leading the demand of house plots and apartments at very high volume.Indian tourism, hotel and resort industry are the assets of Indian financial system.This sectors going well now and it will show same trend in future as well. DLF  , Unitech ,Omaxe , Supertech , Jaypee and Godrej etc... are the major players of Indian real estate Industry.


              At present real estate industry indicates some slow down due to demonetization and GST implementation by government of India.It is badly affect the all industry especially real estate industry hence It lead to declined the demand of villas and apartments.but now it is recovering quickly. availability of living friendly land and house plots decreasing quickly. Also labour cost and expense of raw materials going upward. The main problem is the Competition of builders is not in healthy way now . so they compromise the quality of output to make the huge surplus .the waste management of villas and flats is very important currently. government and concerned builders follow some system and solutions to manage the pollution ,  but as we know  it is not effective . so in coming years increasing of flats and large buildings will make lot of problem in waste management. hence Government has to take a viable solutions to overcome this peril.




             In India resale market of real estate faced some problems in last few years.but now it is survive .Resale of small land and house plots going in healthy way.but resale of flats and apartments going downward.some Market steady and research shows that  the demand of agriculture land will rise up in coming years.some real estate players express that only 60% to 70% of flats  sold in every new projects in India.it is  affecting the investment in the  flats and apartments. Moreover In India there is lot of commercial buildings running with out occupied because the supply of commercial space is very huge than demand.
    
           Currently  Indian real estate attracting foreign investors  at very large. government’s New policies and amendments help and influence the foreign investors very well. now  very strong government rules and policies existing  in India to protect the real estate functions and dealings. These all things indicate the bright future of real estate sector in India.
